Project Journey

From outset of discussions this deal was concluded within 8 weeks.  The strength of relationship between the parties and previously agreed contract terms allowed for a seamless and friction free negotiation process with all parties benefitting from the strong bonds between companies.  The straightforward, honest and open book approach taken by all ensured no time was wasted in concluding the negotiations.  This proactive and collaborative approach will ensure that much needed affordable homes will be available for families in Ealing without any undue delay.

Build Challenges

The project is in a densely populated residential area on a brownfield site.  The project is also bounded by the Grand Union Canal.  Good logistical planning, clear and concise communication is required with all stake holders and residents to ensure the smooth running of this site with minimal disruption to the local environment.  Our experienced delivery team are more than capable to rise to the challenges of this site and we look forward to delivering another successful scheme for our partners at PA Housing.
