SBC won this project through a competitive tender process.  Our open and honest approach with the employer has ensured we became the preferred contractor on this scheme.  Several rounds of value engineering and design optimisation has resulted in a scheme that delivers all the employers requirements whilst being at a price point that ensures financial viability and long term affordability.

Building Challanges

The project is located in a density populated residential area, on a brownfield site on a major arterial route.  Our experience as an inner city building contractor will be invaluable in delivering this scheme for our client.  As a further complication the district surface water sewer dissects the site, careful negotiations and agreements with the water authority will be critical in delivering the project.
